I have a Windows 7 OS, version 6.1, 64 bit, and hard drive has Acrobat 8 Pro, Adobe Reader 9.0 and Adobe Reader 11.0. Most recent Adobe automatic software downloads were 5/13/2013 for Adobe Reader (files AdbeRdr 1014_en_US.exe, AdbeRdr 11001_en_US(1).exe and AdbeRdr 11001_en_US.exe). I was not having trouble downloading PDFs from my Chrome browser on 7/11/13, but started having the "Acrobat has crashed" message on 7/12/13. Not sure how to troubleshoot or fix. Don't have this issue with Explorer. Any help is appreciated!
