I purchased Adobe Acrobat yesterday, but have been unable to complete the installation.  Everything appears fine, but I get a message saying "The Installation Failed." The installer log shows the following:

I am also experiencing a problem where I cannot log in at www.adobe.com unless I am using Chrome as my browser.  (Safari and Firefox do not work at www.adobe.com.)
