I bought an Acrobat XI Pro for Mac on 29 nov 2013 with the special price due to an educational offer.
I received a serial number via email from Adobe and I registered the product on MyAdobe.
Hovever the serial number that I received seems to be not recognized by the system that keeps giving this message:
Translated from the italian "It's impossible to validate this serial number for Acrobat XI Pro".
My configuration is Macbook Pro with Retina display, 16GB RAM, OS X 10.9 (Mavericks)
Has anybody had the same problem?
