Like others on this forum, my five-seat Acrobat X Pro is claiming that the serial number has expired. I tried the online chat with Adobe, where the rep verified that the serial number was still good, then tried to connect me to some sort of tech support. Unfortunately, that connection failed.
I tried the "roll back the date" solution, but the deactivation command was grayed out. Not sure what else to do? It seems to be happening to lots of us this week, so I'm hoping that Adobe might have a new approach..
