Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro: window doesn't display correctly

I downloaded the latest version of Acrobat 9 Pro.

 

Now, when I open multiple documents I have problems.

 

- When I open the first document, the document displays correctly (fits the screen correctly)

- When I open the second document, the title bar of the window is cut off (that is, the title bar displays above the top edge of the computer screen)

 

I cannot access the title bar or the menu bar for the second window on my laptop screen without resizing the window.

 

I am using Windows 7 64 bit, with the display set for custom (110%) font size. My screen resolution is set for the recommended setting for the laptop (1366x768). I cannot use smaller fonts.

 

How do I get my documents to display correctly when I open more than one document? As a technical writer, I need multiple documents open.

Greetings,

I have had to reinstall my operating system and need to reinstall Akrobat 9 Pro Extended, for which I have 2 licenses.  I have found my product keys but can't find a place to download anything other than patches.  Can you provide me a link to the executable?  I have however found a link to 9 Pro but not 9 Pro Extended.  My product key will only work with the Extended version.

I am a paying customer using Acrobat DC, which was working perfectly until two days ago.
When I went to my subscription page andre-downloaded it, It began installing, but then I got this error:
ERROR 1722 "there is a problem with this windows installer package"
acroservices.updater.exe.command 19.010.20064

WHAT THE HELL I WANT ANSWERS NOW! NOW!

Acrobat Pro DC Closing Automatically

I recently updated to Acrobat Pro DC, and it installed without errors. But whenever I open a file (or just open the app), the app stays open for about 15 seconds and then just closes--without any error or message. I've reinstalled in twice to no avail.

impossibile avviare correttamente l'applicazione (0xc0000022) fare clic su ok per chiudere l'applicazione. e non riesco a fare piu' nulla.

I have installed Acrobat XI Pro on one computer machine, and now I would like to deactivate my license from that machine and install the same license on a new machine.

uptaded (through CC) to Acrobat DC. Now  I keep getting a messing arbitrarily popping up "Distiller has stopped working..."

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

  I've been using Acrobat for years.  I've paid for version 5, upgrade 6 and upgrade 9 pro.  In the normal course of things the 9 pro was updated with Adobe's latest.  But I want to go back to version 9 pro.  With versions 5,6 & 9 uninstalled, my plan was to reinstall 5, then the upgrade for 6 and finally the upgrade for 9 pro.  Unfortunately, Windows 10 pro 64 doesn't want to allow version 5 install to run.  It starts then dies.  I've used several of the compatibility modes without success.  Is there any way to do this? 

deactivate Adobe Acrobat XI Pro

Trying to deactivate Adobe Acrobat XI Pro on my old computer so I can install it on my new computer.  The Adobe instructions say to sign in, go to Help and select Deactivate.  When I sign in and go to Help, there is no option on the drop down menu that says deactivate.  How do I transfer my existing license to my new computer?

Hello,

I've just purchased Adobe CS 6 for MAC, including Acrobat and Distiller (version 10.1.1)

I downloaded CS 6 from apple website and installed it.

Everything works fine except that it didn't intstall neither Acrobat nor Distiller printers on my system.

 

How can I install it?

Adobe Acrobat DC not working on a MAC with High Sierra

We have been using Adobe Acrobat DC for sometime and it was update yesterday and no longer works.  When an attempt to open a pdf is made, Acrobat appears to try to open but never does.  We are using a MAC with High Sierra.  We have tried uninstalling and installing the program to no avail.  Has anyone else had this problem and if so, what was the fix

I am having huge issues - previous version and this latest version (

Architecture: x86_64

Build: 15.23.20056.213124

AGM: 4.30.67

CoolType: 5.14.5

JP2K: 1.2.2.37658

 

). I am using all the other 2017 cloud apps with not issues on my MacPro and latest version of OS X etc.

Apple Preview is a rocket compared with Acrobat and have recently been using PDF Expert - works great but it is not Acrobat.

I have asked questions in the past and was told it MAY be fixed in the next round of updates!!! Great!!

I keep getting the attached error every day, I have search for a resolution and can not find one.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled.  Did the full uninstall and reinstall, it even popup after that before I reinstalled.  Just want to fix/stop it.

Where to download Asian and Extended Language Pack for Acrobat DC Standard

Error 1309 when Updating Acrobat 2015

I have 2 new PCs on Windows 10. I can install and use Acrobat 2015 without issue. The problem I have is when I go to update it, I am getting a 1309 error stating error reading from file. The folder path is C:\Windows\Installer\... The issue is, there isn't even a Windows\Installer folder on either machine so it's not like I could adjust the permissions. Any ideas?
